Video: How to use the Intelligent Fingerprinting Drug Screening System

Please note that this video features the Intelligent Fingerprinting Reader 1000. The next generation DSR-Plus Reader is now available.

Our fingerprint-based drug testing solution is fast, easy to use, and designed for workplace settings where efficiency, hygiene, and non-invasiveness are essential.

This short video demonstrates the complete testing process using the Intelligent Fingerprinting Drug Screening System. The system includes two key components: a single-use collection Cartridge and the portable Intelligent Fingerprinting Reader 1000.

Step-by-step:

  1. Collection
The individual being tested presses each fingertip onto the collection Cartridge. This takes just a few seconds and requires no special preparation.

  2. Insertion into the Reader
Once the Cartridge has collected the fingerprint sweat, it is inserted into the Reader.

  3. Analysis
The Reader begins its automated process to detect the presence of drug metabolites in the fingerprint sample. Results are displayed clearly on screen in approximately 10 minutes.

  4. Results
The outcome is easy to read and interpret. The system can detect multiple drug groups from a single sample, making it ideal for use in safety-critical industries and workplaces where rapid, non-invasive testing is required.

Why fingerprint testing?

Our system eliminates the need for invasive sample collection such as urine or saliva. It’s quick, clean, and can be carried out almost anywhere with minimal training. There’s no requirement for gender-specific testing staff or specialist disposal of biohazardous waste.

Whether you’re screening employees as part of a routine programmeme or testing after an incident, the Intelligent Fingerprinting system offers a simple, efficient approach to drug testing.
